Mr. Smith is a native of Williamston in Anderson County and has
been representing injured people in the Upstate since 1991.
He regularly mediates and tries cases in Anderson, Oconee and
Greenville counties and has handled cases in the majority of
counties throughout South Carolina. Mr. Smith was formally
partner in Long & Smith and Long, Smith and Burrell in Anderson,
SC from 1993 through 2006.
